Order Tracking

Once your Mind Vault order ships, you can track its progress at every step. Below is everything you need to know about checking your order status.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. This email includes your order number, items ordered, and billing details.

Shipping Notification

Within 1–3 business days, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and a tracking link from the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location).

How to Track Your Order

1. Open the shipping confirmation email from Mind Vault.
2. Click the tracking link or copy the tracking number into the carrier’s tracking page.
3. View live updates on package movement and estimated delivery date.

Estimated Delivery Times

• U.S. orders: 5–7 business days after shipment
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• International: 10–21 business days
